That would be crazy if Rodon and Turner went 1 and 2. Tuner is a great hitter and has blazing speed. I would like the Marlins to draft him but I just don't see them going for a position player on back-to-back drafts.

Except us to go college guy again,with Trea Turner the early choice. Loriasees Turner as a Leadoff 2B who could be in the majors in 2015 and add to the cheap core.

If Turner is not the choice,we will pick out of a group of college arms(Jeff Hoffman,Tyler Beede,Aaron Nola,Sean Newcomb,Nick Burdi). With price being a big factor. Whoever is willing to give us a discount could be the pick(We got 3 #1 picks) unless 1 of those guys is lights out this coming year.

Lorialikes some of the HS guys(Kolek,Jackson,Gatewood) however wants players who will be ready sooner(2015) rather than later.

The issue in the 2014 draft is only 2 College Position Players are projected in the Top 25 Picks and they are Trea Turner and Kyle Schwarber. This draft is HS player and College Arm heavy which is 1 reason we are like Turner at #2.

If they take Turner at #2 they can take College Arms with 1 of the 2 other #1 picks or even both. Some scouts think that at this point after Rodon the next 5-10 College arms are pretty much the same.

If they take a college arm at #2,the player they get at #35 or #36 is gonna be nothing like Turner
