Maybe. The recency of it means it matters slightly more than the first 50+ games where they sucked, but it doesn't totally cancel that out.

Most teams go through stretches where they over/underperform their true talent level.

It's meaningless when put next to the rest of the division, might be more in line with what Hugg meant. They're definitely not better than those teams.
