I really don't get why you dislike Solano so much. I get it in a way, but we've had a bunch of guys like him on the roster this year and you've said a lot less about those guys.

He had a .657 OPS in 118 PAs when he got hurt. There are 77 players with an OPS below .657 and at least 120 PAs this season.

lol. In the first 24 games of the year his OPS was .587. He has 2 extra base hits.

He went on a weird little hot streak over the next 6 games before getting hurt(.907 OPS in 26 ABs, 4 multi hit games) to kind of corrupt the #s.

It goes to what you deem more likely to be a true indicator of how he will perform.

The guy who rarely hits, doesnt draw BBs, and has no power, which is what his MiLB career suggests, or the guy from that random sampling of 6 games.

Solano is absolute garbage.

He's basically played a full season in the big leagues now. .290/.338/361 - 1.1 fWAR. That's a lot better than what you make him out to be.

He also seems to be, at worst, league average defensively at 2B. In this thread, you've called him poor and in the past you've called him a butcher.

Lucas has been very good defensively, but Solano can play D, too. You talk about him like he's the worst defensive player ever.
