I don't watch much, I've watched probably 15 innings combined

But also I don't get all the games, if two of the rays, magic and lightning are on at the same time I'm fvcked

I've watched what combines to be 1.1 innings of ball. All four outs courtesy of Chad Qualls.

I liken it to a situation where a company no longer makes the product you actually liked. Imagine when Coke took the classic version off the shelves and replaced it with New Coke. Right now, that's what this ownership group is giving us but, worse yet, they're trying to make us think that the formula hasn't been changed.

I have watched most of the games. Yeah they are close. I wouldn't call them entertaining with the offense being so bad. I expect things to even out. Will prolly start to hit a bit and our pitchers will start to suck a bit.

The difference here is that Marlin fans waited patiently until the day that new product showed up. Then, when it did, they merely put "NEW AND IMPROVED" on the package but tried to feed us the same old formula.
God would be expecting a first pitch breaking ball in the dirt because humans love to disappoint him.

I get the idea of no longer frequenting another business because of douchey owners/management. I would stop going to a restaurant I love if management was full of aholes or the owner was a dick (to me). Sports is generally different though, given the pride stuff and the like.

I think my favorite is still "The Marlins are completely mismanaged from both a business and baseball perspective so I'm going to go be a Pittsburgh Pirates fan."

At least the Red Sox are good and don't have a 20+ year stretch in their history of being completely and hilariously incompetent as recent as a year ago.

the fact that Mainge fell it necessary to put "as recent as a year ago" because they went 79-83 sums up the Pirates perfectly
