        Sooo.
You at least had hope. This line up just tells you to expect shit.

          I think that's worse.

It'd be different if we were sucking with guys that were trying to make a name for themselves in the big leagues.

I've got no problem with guys like Brantly, Solano, and Hech in the lineup. But having Coghlan, JP, Polanco, and Kotchman in it is just sad.

Sort of had hope. Until we were like 25th in runs in the middle of May then won all of those games with a near dead even run differential. That's when I lost hope.

This year would be more fun for me if there were less Sloweys and LeBlanc's, and more Alvarez's, Turner's, and Eovaldi's in the rotation. Although I think LeBlanc is probably okay.

Losing is losing. I don't care if there's hope. Hope, in that case, only leads to disappointment. Disappointment sucks.

I think Solano shouldn't really count but I get it.

Is there an NL DH yet? We need more Ruge.

I do assume there will be more Alvarez and Eovaldi in a month or so. So that will be something.

What the Marlins are right now is a disappointment. Didn't need hope for that to happen. There are no silver linings to this season and to the future of this ball club. Even if some of these young players show potential, I have no reassurance that they will be here in the future.

                          Yeah probably. Maybe Turner too.

This year, they're just a bad team and it's easier to accept.

They had no future last year either. They actually have more of a future now.

Despite it all, it's nice to have baseball back.

We didn't get blown out. We made contact on Strasburg's pitches albeit not great contact. Ricky pitched well in his 1st stop on his goodbye tour with the Marlins. Oh and Adeiny well on his way to leading the league in strikeouts.
