    Hey, a good move!

LoMo finally gets to play 1B.

Now all we need are a 3B, 2B, 1-5 starting pitchers, and a bullpen.

      Juan Pierre is terrible

that being said, he was the most productive he's been in 5 years, last year

Well, he's terrible and won't be making any money. So, never?

If Juan Pierre signing is a good move, you'll be more than satisfied with Escobar at 3B.

I like the move if he's going to be a 4th OF. Not as a starter.

He didn't have a horrible year in Philadelphia last year. He'll play left while Rugg/Gorkys/Petey figure out center.

I'll always love JP, but we had a newer model of him in Boner.

                        JP > Bonifacio

Not that it really matters, but yeah.

Newer model has significantly more horsepower and less mileage.

Is a MLD for Dontrelle next?

                              Newer model also sucks more.

Just because they're both fast doesn't mean they're the same guy.

Pierre is more likely to hit for a higher average/sustain more respectable .OBP's because he strikes out a lot less.

I'm not sure why Bonifacio was traded (tjfla could probably tell us more about it), but realistically speaking, he's pretty much sucked aside from a few really good months in 2011.
