Just throwing this out there, but maybe a fair comparison for Hechavarria is Alex Gonzalez? Gonzo did have more power (23 homeruns in 2004 and 2010) but was all over the place with the batting average.

Brendan Ryan, Rey Ordonez, Jack Wilson are better comps
