Edwin Rodriguez resigned, so you could say he turned it down.

I mean, he was going to get fired, but that's semantics.

He was boss though, easily my favorite manager we've had. It's unfortunate he was the scapegoat for that terrible June (And since we had an August with only 2 more wins than in June, he was obviously not the problem). Well, he also had shots for the organization going out, so it seems like it was also a build up of stuff and not just June.

I don't think there were a many Marlins fans that didn't like Edwin Rodriguez. He was probably the best game manager the Marlins have had in many, many years. The players seemed to like him too.
