The Marlins' front office appears to be safe, according to the Miami Herald's Clark Spencer.

Spencer spoke to two sources who said that owner Jeffrey Loria does not plan to make any changes to the front office. That means president Larry Beinfest would keep his job. Beinfest is under contract with the Marlins through the 2015 season.

As CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman originally reported, manager Ozzie Guillen's future has yet to be decided by the team. Loria is planning to meet with the front office after the season to determine Guillen's fate.

Spencer mentions Mike Lowell, Bo Porter and Brad Ausmus as potential replacements for Guillen, but admits none of the three candidates is a serious contender for the job. Sources have told Spencer that Lowell and Porter are not possibilities, and that Ausmus would prefer to stay away from baseball.
