      so hopefully they get a deal done before it gets to this point, but given that MILB is handled separately, if this were to drag on into the time the minor league year is supposed to begin, would the minors just start playing and anyone on the 40 man roster cant play or how would that work? cause our minor leaguers have still been at the facility in jupiter and playing this whole time anyways.

              yes, that was agreed to a while ago. full 162 games as well with 3 scheduled double headers I believe to make up some of the games.

              Free agency should start right after its ratified at 6 pm so we might have a very quick offseason starting right away.

                Interestingly the player's executive committee voted against it 0-8, while 26 of the 30 teams approved it for the end 26-12 total.
