            Marisnek had a guy thrown out by 8 feet but Brantly had his body to far in front of home plate (instead of letting the ball come to him).

              There was that play with the bases loaded where he was smart enough to let the ball roll foul and then picked it up.

              Mike Rabelo would have hurried to pick it up in fair territory and then celebrate.

                        It might be possible that Larry Beinfest just has a way of evaluating potential catchers that is...foreign to every other person.
