        • We're having an avatar party? I guess my invite was lost in the mail

            But they're incompetent.

That said, I have also never had season tickets. How late is this relative to other seasons? How late is it relative to other teams moving in to a new stadium? (you can't really compare an organization like the Red Sox where all of their season ticket holders have had them for decades and thus knows exactly what to expect with an organization that is getting a ton of new interest and brand new sales that presumably ramp up as the season approaches.)

I assume they held off until now because they thought they'd get more season ticket packages sold as more press centered on the ballpark and people got a chance to visit through things like FanFest or the soft openings.
The tickets usually arrive in the second to last week of spring training (so a little late this year). I do think this delay was due to the Marlins holding the printing as long as possible with the plethora of select-a-seat events.

I don't think they deserve blame beyond simply saying they mismanaged a situation carrying with it foreseeable demand.

              • I'm still waiting for my pair of uncut opening day 1993 inaugural season to be worth something. They're worth nada.

So how did this work out? Did Swifty miss the Yankees game? Will anyone miss tonight because of the Marlins "incompetence?"

I was wrong. Kind of like you're assessment of Lohse's chances last night.

It happens to the best of us.

                        • I had to return my season ticket booklet back to the Marlins. I moved my seats from Sec 310 to Sec 22 and they forced me to surrender my old booklet. They said they would provide the booklet back to me when the season is over, which is not so bad.

                            That obviously wasn't Kyle Lohse.

I would simply pay the retainer to tr305 and have him start handling this on your behalf. There's a very small chance you'll ever see that booklet again

                              • The Marlins sent me two fancy Opening Night tickets in the mail as a memento.

                                Take that tr305.
