Hard copy of opening day. I see my two opening day season tix and two additional ones I bought, but the two I want to keep (season tix) never arrived as a ticket.

His point is clear. You want your commemorative ticket. You said it earlier. The email says you will get your commemorative ticket but you will have to use a printed ticket for the actual game. You will get (at least close to) what you said you wanted. How should he have guessed that you didn't really want what you said you wanted but you really wanted a pretty ticket so you could sell the pretty ticket for more money prior to the game?

It's pointless to get into it with someone of your capacity. The point to the entire discussion is this should never happen. The organization waited until the very end to mail these out when it could have been done weeks ago. Sending paying season ticket holders their tickets on time isn't brain surgery.

Someone of my capacity? You asked what his point was. His point was clear. You will get what you kept saying that you wanted. You will just have to wait a bit. That was his simple point. It's clear you're just looking for shit to complain about and changing what you will complain about as you go. If that weren't the case you wouldn't have added the "I'm not, but just saying."

I paid alot of $ for the tickets. I can be pissed i'm walking in with a letter size piece of printing paper with bar codes and papa johns advertisements if i want to be. Do you think the Yankees or any other organization would be this incompetent ? They've had months to send this sh1t out and waited to send everyone's tickets a week before the frigging season.
