Hanley crushed one that should have gone out to deep left center, but it stayed up forever and got caught in the wind for a double. He looks great, though.

So what I gather from this is that he's selfishly trying to hit it through a medium wind? Can't he just get the runner over? He has no David Eckstein in him and that's what we lack.

I once seen a kid take an aluminum bat across his face when he was on deck. His head made lots of blood. An ambulance removed him. I don't know what happened after that. This story is going to be included in my book of bobbob.
