Rosenthal says that the Marlins current offer to Reyes doesn't seem like it will get it done. Says other executives still think this is some sort of ruse by the Marlins and they eventually wouldn't sign anyone. Rosenthal said that would be some expensive ruse since the offers are real. No mention of Hanley being unhappy about moving to 3rd.
