if were talking about phyical so whats the point in siging ramirez or reyes. we need to take some risk in order to get rewards. this teams had always played it safe with free agent signings. its time things changed. heck maybe even stanton can play CF

It involves shedding close to $20 million in bad contracts. Unless you think Buck and Nolasco are good contracts.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to add two guys who "had" something, are going to play in a cavernous ballpark and are, worst case, DFA risks and the organization is fine.
