Phillies Interested in Leo Nunez's Services

As for Erick-I know a guy who works in the research department at FOX sports. He gives me some info since he knows I like the Fish. Gave me the info a few years ago about Manny to Florida for Mike Stanton(I posted it before anyone reported it and got ripped) the Gammons mentioned it.

As for Nunez,its still the same info. Heath Bell gets dealt and then Leo Nunez will be wanted.

Also the Yankees are still looking at Nolasco and Anibal Sanchez. They asked about James Shields today

I mean, for what it's worth, you said the Heath Bell thing 3 days ago and it came out today on MLBTR that the Rangers (specifically) are asking about Bell, while some other teams are interested. It did make the Rangers sound like the favorites though, so I guess it can give you some credibility.

and to get it right it was Ryan Tucker to Pittsburgh who held the deal up at first!! Stanton to Boston was all but done until Gammons said something about Stanton being great that is when we backed off

On to Nunez,Bell seems to be on his way to Texas(as they have a very nice system and don't mind paying for a guy) the Phillies are also looking at Mike Adams of SD. If Nunez gets dealt it would be to one of Texas,Philly,LAA,or St Louis.

Worley seems to be out of the discussion however Stutes and a young arm(Ramirez,Rodriguez,May or Colvin) seems like what we want for him.

Also Pittsburgh seems to have interest in Randy Choate

Well were tons of other issues too but we were all but ready to do a 3 team deal involving Tucker,Stanton and others
