If you don't say anything when they put a mic in your face eventually the media learns not to go to you every time it's a slow news day. They are dumb but even they can figure that out.

This is especially true when the only thing that the player contributes is these awful soundbites.

Also I want someone to ask a member of the front office what it says about their opinion of Helms' "veteran leadership" that they bring in a guy like Mike Cameron for exactly the same thing. If Helms can't even be the token veteran leader what good is he?
