I'm not sure this year's result will greatly influence ticket sales for next year. With the stadium + rebrand + potential free agent signing + big name manager there is going to be an enormous amount of momentum going into 2012. All of that over a five month period in the lead up to spring training.

After partial plans go on sale I wouldn't be surprised if 25k full season equivalents are sold.

I'm really hoping the NBA misses an entire season. Marlins being the center of attention next spring would be a best case scenario.
