  • Postgame: June from Hell Continues As Marlins Drop Home Game in Seattle

The last team to go on a stretch like this were the 2005 Royals. We cannot be nowhere as bad as the 2005 Royals.

That seventh inning was the epitome of this month. Only one ball was hit hard. Sucks to blow another quality start from the rotation.

At some point things will get less worse right? Like winning 3 games a week, yes?

I think the Marlins should consider giving Mike Dunn a different role.

Maybe not letting him go more than one inning...
Maybe not have him face as many right-handed hitters.

Not that that HR mattered tonight, but that's a lot of HR's already. All have been to right-handed hitters. He also seems to struggle a lot in second inning's of work.

Gaby maybe should've gone for the double play in the 7th? Idk.

    Felix is great.

Mike Dunn has by far the best stuff in the pen, we just use him too much.

Other than that, I'm kind of ticked we had such a good start, the quest for the #1 overall would be so much more interesting than this.

At the rate we keep losing, I can see us still being in the hunt for the #1 overall.

Yeah, they're only 5.5 away from the #1 pick. Don't underestimate them.

              Like we'd pay him.

Come on. Can we at least wait to see them go under slot with the new stadium before projecting this forward.

The books are super clean and the farm sucks. How don't they draft a "Smoak" over a "Skipworth" next year given the stadium?

I took phenom player to mean Harper or Strasburg.

I don't ever see us giving out 30 to an amateur player.

Harper got $9.9 million for 5 years. I think if the Marlins had that pick, they would do that.

                          He did.

                          Yeah, they might do that.

                            Is Zunino eligible next year?

If he is, I'd like it if the team drafted him.
