This pretty much sums up our team this month and what Edwin should try to do to turn this around before he gets canned although at this point I wouldnt mind a shakeup. Why'd we fire Fredi Gonzalez again?

I'd like to think it's because he was a terrible manager, didn't know how to use a bench or a bullpen, and made dumb in-game moves all the time. That's why I wanted him fired.

Are they gonna bother keeping Villanueva on the 40? Extremely small sample size and everything, but it seems to go in line with him being a mediocre stuff organizational arm who can thrive against youngsters, but eaten alive against advanced/ML hitters. It's like that Graham Taylor start from a few years ago, but worse.

Yea he is a prospect and lead the Southern League in ERA last year. They'll keep him on the 40.
