After CC's incredible recent hot streak he has put himself in the discussion so I thought why not follow some of the more outstanding candidates for this award to watch and see if Coghlan can make a push for the award. I put up the top 6 I believe are going to be in it till the end (but not in the order I placed them). Wasn't sure if this should go here in the fish tank or in the MLB thread but since CC is in it I thought why not just have it here.

Ah shit, my bad did it really late and couldn't think of anyone I was forgetting. I'll add him in now.

It is going to be tough for Coghlan to catch up with Happ and Hanson in media coverage. Hanson has been in the spotlight since he came up and Happ was in the Halladay sweepstakes. Unless Coghlan is a major part of the late season surge I don't see him winning.

Fowler is going to get some votes too, because, you know, stolen bases rock!

Fowler is actually having a better season than I expected. He is a poor man's Luis Castillo minus the limp.

Happ's gonna win. Big market + reasonably solid = easy choice for the media
