i'll go above 6 when two starters not named johnson or nolasco show extended, repeatable success. so i'm probably stuck at 6 for the rest of the season.

I fell to 7 from 8 with the NJohnson injury.

No Nick in Game 2 and we couldn't plate anybody.

But his replacement in the 2 hole went 4-5.

And the runs we scored in Game 1 occurred after Johnson's injury, with Hermida in the 2 hole

Oh, I give these guys a 10. There are still major pitching holes, but who cares, I always feel good with these guys

                    Point taken but....

this means my confidence should go up with Nick Johnson possibly making a trip to the DL?

If he takes a trip to the DL, of course your confidence should go down, but no need to give your confidence a preemptive shot down. Maybe he'll be back in action on Tuesday.

i still feel confident in a marlins' victory no matter the situation, with this new and improved offense, no deceit is too big. even tonight when the rockies were up 6-1, i still felt there was a great chance to comeback, and they almost did, and didnt back down, layed over and give up.

go 27-17 in the finally stretch, theyll have 90wins and most likely a playoff berth

that the marlins remaining schedule. hold our own against the phillies(6games), braves (10) and St. Louis (3), and beat the teams the marlins should beat (25games against teams under .500). Its very possible

No reason why 10 of those wins can't come against WAS, CIN and SDG
