Wouldn't mind a rainout to get the pen a rest.

I just got home from the game. What a cold and miserable night. But what an awesome game. The long subway ride was of the fun Mets gloom variety.

I missed everything that was awesome about this game.

I missed the Stanton orbit shot, I missed the Hopper RBI (and Hopper even batting in the first place). I missed it all.

Leo "The Heart Attack" Nunez's WHIP is 1.25. Not too shabby.

Anyone know what his xFIP is?

Rather have Dunn go out and be the guy that gets you out of trouble (the fireman) and let Leo start an inning than vica versa.

I don't think that's why we call him The Hopper.

Have the Marlins ever been tied in the loss column with the 1st place team this late in the year?

I think that's the only thing I've disliked about Edwin's managing.
For some reason, he enjoys putting Ryan Webb in that role.

It's a bit funny that Leo's peripherals were actually a lot better last year.
