CBP is a hitters' park. Citi Field is a pitchers' park. Not sure how Turner Field and Washington's ballpark fare, but either way, it's not as if he'll be pitching in extreme pitchers' parks all the time, or even the majority of the time.
I would say the NL West is probably a better division to pitch in, in comparison to the NL East. And the AL West, as well.
