That clears up the six spots for our players on the 60 day DL

So we lost Chris Leroux so we could keep Jorge Sosa?

      And Chris Hatcher

      And Brad Davis

      wait what

and tracy/ohman still gonna become FAs to clear roster spots

Yes, you're right. I thought he was arbitration eligible.

Well we still could lose Ronnie and Baker by non-tendering both of them.

highly highly doubt we non-tender bake

paulino, maybe, just cause of the steroid thing, but there was just an article the other day talking about how he could start next year

Is Baker even in arbitration yet?

No and he is not out of options, either. Bake won't be arbitration eligible until 2012.

My question is this; are all of those who were outrighted going to be free agents? I am not quite sure

Only sad because I don't know the answer. I usually know all this

Yea for once I don't know the answer. I know in some cases they are eligible for free agency but in some they aren't. If they aren't free agents, then they'll be subject to the Rule V Draft.

This is what Cots says fwiw

A player becomes eligible to sign with any organization as a minor league free agent when he has played six full minor-league seasons with the club that drafted him. If a player is released, he becomes a minor league free agent upon the expiration of any subsequent contract he signs.
                              If 1 season = 90 days then,
Wood is definitely an FA; Tank and Carroll might not be.
