        uh, why? When exactly has Miller looked good at pitching this year? If they can't get him right at AA, there's probably not much hope for him at the MLB level.

          and he'll be making some 1.4m next year

          I would not be a fan of Pudge being our starting C but if washington pays all his money we could do a HELL of a lot worse for someone we're paying the minimum.

            It's true, Miller has proved nothing. I believed in him until I saw his last 3 starts. I'm just saying maybe the fish still believe in him.

              You said he has an option, so a split deal would be like $700,000 and change in the minors.
