Even with a loss today this team is not completely out of the playoff race yet, they have a small chance.

Not bad, we got 2 of 3 from the first place Padres. Now we have to hope SF loses tonight, they've been on fire since the AS break, hopefully Kershaw shuts them down. Also, can't wait to see what's the news on Cogs, heard we should know whether he can keep playing this season, or if he'll need surgery, by Tuesday. He's a huge part of this team and when he comes back our lineup will be SICK(if H2R wakes up).

What about the rest of the line up that is asleep? And Cogs wasn't really producing.

He was coming around, plus Cogz would mean Helms wouldn't be in lineup, which means we would have another valuable bat in the lineup. Also, we are awake enough to win ballgames, and that's all that matters

He did do that, but that happens in baseball. Just seems really odd to point that out.

I wasn't saying it was odd for you to point it out. You didn't point it out. You're fine. Heck, you're more than fine. But I didn't say it.

Tank gave up a piss rod to the gap in right center field that Stanton made a spectacular catch on.

It's not odd to point out that a struggling reliever got rocked by the one batter he faced.

If he got the out, it kind of is.

when Tank is used as a LOOGY, he's been absolute tits this season

                              3 hits (1hr) in 25 at bats, .120/.241/.240 with 3 walks and 7 strikeouts
