I do not blame Fredi or the coaching staff for any of this. The bullpen is all on ownership and Hanley is having an off year.

Don't say that on "the other board" or they will call you a troll.

I kind of blame Presley to an extent, the frequency of first pitch outs and 10 pitches or less innings is getting really fucking old.

The bullpen is the biggest problem, and that's on Beinfest and Loria, and the bench is atrocious and full of redundant players, and that's on Beinfest, but the coaches don't deserve a free pass from the blame. The team in general looks like they've quit and their approach at the plate sucks, results be damned.

I don't really think Presley is to blame.

Well when you don't do anything its hard to take blame.

I'd love to hear how Major League hitting coaches are supposed to have a major effect on guys that have been hitting baseballs for 15+ years.

because the majority of sports fans want to think that coaching matters.

because it does to an extent especially with helping young players to get out of slumps.

If Presley doesnt matter, then he should be fired because he's unnecessary. Could use that money on more exotic fish.

based on the fact one of their responsibilities is to find flaws in a players swing and timing and try and correct them.
