Gotta bring up a true reliever first. Let him get his starts.

I'm thinking the same thing as lefty. Tomorrow is Hurk's day to pitch and the bullpen has had to cover almost 12 innings in the last two days. Hurk would be able to go multiple innings (if needed) tomorrow or Thursday to save the other guys in the pen. It could also be a temporary patch until Sanches returns next week.

How about replacing Bonifacio, Barden, and Lamb with useful players too.

We can't fault the offense, they've been averaging almost 5 runs a game, but the BP always finds a way to fuck up the lead. I agree on releasing Veras, he's the Jorge Julio of 2010. Nunez on the other hand has been very impressive his last couple games

I assume this meeting was to discuss how to keep things from getting too crazy and out of hand when that pile occurs.

                FO is very reactive.

A proactive approach would have possibly avoided 2 losses.

I bet they are talking about if it is too early to fire Fredi yet.

That would be interesting since he was at the meeting. He was on the radio this morning talking about the meeting saying it was about personel.

Do you think there are guys in the FO who hate Pinto as much as the fans do?

There are definitely guys in the FO that do not like "Beinfest's guys"

On opening day when Pinto came into the game the crowd was livid. Then when he gave up those runs chants of "Pinto Sucks" was going around the stadium.

I don't think I have ever seen a Marlins bull pen so damn shitty. This team can score runs they just can't seem to stop anyone from crossing the plate.

Can anyone tell me why Veras has been used so frequently? Without even looking at his ERA he must have like a 15.00+ ERA on the season. My only rationale is Fredi is trying to show the FO that he sucks and the sooner they get rid of him the better off the team will be.

Well, like has been discussed before. Yes, Veras is terrible, but is he really that much worse than say Tim Wood, Dan Meyer, or Renyel Pinto? They're all pretty terrible and should not be on a major league roster.

When your clearly the least productive member of the bullpen, you probably are much worse than the rest of the bullpen. Everyone else should return to the mean and be passable for an MLB reliever.
