I was a 4 with a pitching a mess and all, but fuck it, opening day is Monday and I go into every season optimistic thinking we can the division and this year is no different. It's a brand new shiny season and it's going to be fun, fun, fun until her daddy takes her T-Bird away.

Hensley had a nice spring, but to be fair, so did Robertson. If he sucks, then it just goes back to where we were before.

And you're so positive that Hensley, a man who has only had one season where he was a full-time starter and has started only 10 games the past three years, will perform better than Robertson? At least Robertson has enjoyed some sort of success at the ML-level. Yeah; he was brutal in '09 and '08, but was very serviceable beforehand. Oh, and he's a lefty that we're getting for the minimum.

No, I do not know that Hensley would have been better. I do know that I liked Hensley better as I know nothing about him.

I prefer the unknown entering his prime to the known in his prime (in this case)

I like the Robertson signing. I have a weird feeling he'll bounce back nicely. If for no other reason then he should slow down the Phillies offense every once in awhile.
