      160 Games (All with Marlins)

      .275 batting average
      .370 OBP
      .540 SLG

He's getting 40 homers this year for the first time in his career, a third all-star selection and a silver-slugger. Top 10 in the MVP vote, too.

I don't know why, I just feel a HUGE year out of Uggla.

9 extra homers last year from uggla (which would have been 40) would have put him at a .523 slugging.

if he somehow hits .275/.370 with 40 homers his slugging will be .540-.550

i do not see any of those things happening anyway, although i sure hope they do

noted (although at .510, it's not bad for just eyeballing it. I was told there would be no math)

Comments: Uggla "struggles" in september as the Marlins fall out of contention, the Marlins brass starts feeding negative stories about Uggla into the media about how he's evil and he's why the Marlins didn't make the post season, and he is traded before Thanksgiving.
