I think it's largely removed from the rebrand as whole. I think if you like the uniforms and logo and everything else that's a concrete part of the rebrand, it would be awfully silly to then say "But that fucking home run feature! Fuck these assholes!"

I'm kinda at this point, too. Pretty much every dedicated major leage homerun is borne out of a roadside attraction/regional carnival (e.g., Bernie Brewer's slide, Mets' big apple, etc.). May as well take that spirit to the next level.
