rogers needs to be promoted. 2 scoreless so far today, no hits, no walks, 3 k's, and just 15 pitches through 2 innings. 3 k's and just 15 pitches through 2 innings is absurd.

Remey Reed should get Vallimont's spot in the rotation. Guy is 24-years old, just in Clinton due to injuries, but pitching lights out, I say be as aggressive as you can with his upward movement. See what you have.

Guys tend to be forgotten when they miss a year ... esp. early in their career. Reed looks rock solid and hasn't been really tested yet.

Get him to Jupiter by the end of the year, maybe an Arizona Fall League appearance. Start in AA next year and maybe you have something interesting.
