Yamamoto was great when healthy this year. I hope they send him to the AFL to make up for some innings.

OF Harrison and Miller, IF Brigman, and P Eveld and Smith to AFL.

If the Marlins call up O'Brien and play him every day in September, maybe he'll lead the Marlins in HR for the season!

My hope for Harrison: His age 23 season isn't totally dissimilar to that of Aaron Judge in 2015.

Great way to likely finish his season for Yamamoto.

Good to see Mills have a strong outing. His last 2 starts have been pretty good actually after getting off to a rough start in AA. Hopefully it was just the transition to a new team and new level. He'll be 23 next year likely starting in AA.

I do agree that we should call up O'Brien and give him the ABs that were earmarked for Cooper in September. He's earned the chance...he's been very good since joining the organization. I could definitely see that happening, especially if DD gets dealt today.

Nick Neidert killing it in all facets. His numbers really don't do justice to how good he's been this year. Probably the best pitcher in the system.

Yes. For Dugger, 7 straight quality starts to close his season. For Beggs, 9-10. Add Yamamoto and Neidert to this group, and you have the top four Marlin prospects based on performance at this time.

Today the Marlins ended up started Realmuto at 1st base so Wallach could catch...

Wallach struck out in every at bat.

Why again is Peter O'Brien not seeing major league at-bats?

O'Brien should be up soon. Hope he gets 75 at bats. I was surprised to see Wallach take Holaday's time behind the plate - he's done nothing at AAA to warrant that. Also wondering how the team hasn't seen its fill of Sierra.

O'Brien is super interesting if his power can translate to the majors given our positions of need for at least next year at 1b and corner outfielder. Wallach is a waste of time, its crazy how bad he is and especially how bad his plate discipline is given that people were high on him and he had unreal plate discipline before we traded him the first time.

O'Brien has definitely earned playing time though in september to see what he can do.
