stuff does amount to a lot when you think about development and how the prospects results will change when they get to the major league level. Thats why your valuation of prospects is absurd and lacks several variables that are needed to properly extrapolate potential results at the major league level.
I referred to ML.com prospect list which is commonly used. King has logged 14 consecutive quality starts in AA/AAA. Given that King was a Marlin draftee, I assume that at least some readers on this forum will appreciate the information - not you, of course.

I wasnt referring to anything other than your ridiculous comment that he would arguably be our top pitching prospect.

Prior to the season, when Smith was a prospect, I did think he was our best. He went on to prove it. lol?

I liked King too but hard to argue getting 2 younger ML Players for 1 minor league arm. Make that trade every time

A minor league arm that is a bullpen arm in all likelihood if he is even a major leaguer.

The funny thing is the guy that Lee was actually in love with in the off-season, is considered our top prospect now by most outlets, Monte Harrison. I don't think he's in Lee's Top 30 now.

Harrison K's way to much but .250 20/20 isn't bad

Just wait till Harrison is 28 in AA hitting 40HR. Lee will be in love again

I said I liked him a lot better than Brinson. Obviously, I still do. Among position players, I rank Harrison as the best even now. He's progressing.

Harrison has actually been great lately.

.349 with 3 HR over the last 10.

If I had to rank top hitting prospects, I'd probably rank him #1 too, although I think it's been an incredibly disappointing season from Harrison. We just don't have any standout hitting prospects. (or pitching prospects for that matter, although I might put Neidert and Alcantara above Harrison on a prospect list) My hope is one of our top 4 picks from this season has a huge year next year and kinda separates himself from the pack. I could also see Harrison have a monster season next year as well and validate his top prospect status, but I also think he's also a huge risk as a flame out possibly even before he makes the big leagues. He's the classic huge risk/huge potential prospect to me.

This. Neidert/Alcantara/Harrison is my Top 3

Guzman is a Setup/Closer type so he has fallen

He is NOT a #1/2 yet but a 22 yr old Neidert in AAA next year could become 1. AAA Rotation in 2019 is Alcantara/Neidert/Gallen/Elieser

Which brings us back to the post that started this conversation - Michael King. I can't look at Neidert's body of work this season and rate him ahead of King. How could I? Same for Alcantara.

The question everyone wants to know is, why are you only looking at this season?
