Still need to see ALOT more of Twine but him in Jax just shows u how much Jupiter kills our bats. Schales as well

If u can hit(contact and power) in Jupiter u are very good!!

Austin Dean's power isnt anything special, but his ability to put the ball in play is something that can make him a very useful 4th OF moving forward. High OBP, can play corner OF, and should have increased power as he develops more can be a useful end of the roster guy. Unfortunate thing for him might be our organizational OF depth.

I also hadnt remembered just how young Neidert is. Only 21 all year. Could realistically spend all of next year in AAA and still be young as a prospect.

holy shit yes he did. He's been phenomenal this month. He's more of a high floor guy rather than a low ceiling guy, correct? His lines this year have been rough to start but his K numbers have been really nice the entire year and I read his BABIP is kind of abnormal so maybe he is regressing to his mean. Either way he is still 20 and will be 21 for all of next year presumably in Jupiter to start and then maybe Jax to end the year depending on his success.

I dont think dean has enough power to be more than a backup corner OF, but he has certainly earned his shot once maybin is traded in the next few days to start the rest of the year.

Really encouraging signs recently from our most recent draft (Banfield and Pompey) as well as guys we've gotten in trades recently in Chris Torres and Devers.

Those aren't the only encouraging signs from the most recent draft.

I didn’t say it was. Connor Scott’s numbers aren’t great but his peripherals are so he will get going soon and same with a few other guys

Experts can judge prospects however thet want. I'll put my faith in Dylan Lee. After dominating A+ ball after being converted to a reliever this year, he put up major numbers at AA. 15 IP, 5 H 1 W and 19 K. Lacking a challenge there, Lee was sent to AAA. His first NO outing: 2 IP 1 H and 4 K. You can talk small sample sizes, but he's done it since day one of this season. MLB express did not deem Lee to be worthy of the team's mid-season top thirty. I don't see anyone worthy of being ranked ahead of him.

He's not ranked not only because of the small sample size but also the lack of a high ceiling. Even at best he is likely just a LOOGY or middle reliever so he wont show up high on prospect lists. Doesnt mean he cant be useful though.
