That's a good comp. I think a lefty Dan Uggla is a better comp given the defense.

Milton Smith in Jupiter? Been hitting since he signed. Gotta read up on him.

They needed an OF and instead of signing a 28 yr old they brought him up from GCL for few games. Done this 4 or 5 times this year. Iffy bat but speed/great defense

Nick Neidert has to be next in terms of promotion. Probably to AAA rather than MLb but he has mastered AA.

I was gonna argue but then looked and saw he has a 2.26 ERA since May (71 2/3 IP). He's likely ready to pitch in the majors if given the chance, but it would be great to see him put up a sub 3 ERA in AAA for half of 2019 then have him in the rotation by June 2019.

He's got nothing left to prove at AA. He's K'ing a ton of guys, going deep into games, not walking anyone, and working efficiently.

Random but Edward Cabrera reminds me a hell of a lot of Jose Urena.
