Was looking to see where CJ Robinson has been and looks like he retired???? Was 23 yrs old

      http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp...ching/2016/ALL

Guess being stuck in Jupiter since 2014 for some reason makes u realize how much u hate baseball or getting stuck in Jupiter for 4 years while they sign 29 yr olds and pass u by. He retired,Korey Dunbar retired. Looks like guys would rather retire than stay in this system.

So Robinson,Dunbar,Avery Romero,Jacome,KJ Woods all guys who probably they could have got something for are out of the system in past year

CJ Robinson was always one of the better relievers in the system. He was only 24 years old and the Marlins love calling up their relievers when they're in their late 20's so it's likely Robinson would've seen the majors at some point if he stayed successful. Sad he retired.

Probably got sick of being passed up all the time. They needed arms for AA and instead of promoting Newell,Beltre,Robinson,Holmes,De La Rosa they went out and signed like 8 RP all over age of 26. Have guys like Bencomo,Mazza,Tomshaw,Adkins,Beckman(all are minors depth in AA)

Being saying for years instead of signing depth guys just promote from within. Most of the arms in our system are in one level lower than they should be based on age and skill level

Braxton Garrett is our only good prospect. And he looks really fucking good. Just want to see him healthy and building up the innings for the rest of the year. Hope they dont baby him too.

Michael King in his last three starts: 20 IP, 1 ER. He has two poor starts that have his ERA up in the mid 2's and every other start 1 ER allowed or less. He's officially the top SP prospect in the system behind Peters and Poteet.

Nelson also could be the top hitting prospect, ahead of Anderson even. Has a hit in 17 of his last 18 games. Average up to .343. Best part, just 19 years old. KJ Woods is the last guy I can think of in the Marlins system to thrive in GBoro under the age of 20.

                  - - - - - - - - - -

Tomas Telis is having an awful year in AAA. .535 OPS in over 100 ABs. That trade value I talked about him possibly having in the past may as well be dead.

Has anyone heard anything on Kolek? It was reported in spring training that he'd begin his season in late May at Jupiter but I havent heard anything since.

Nelson needs to show more power but can't complain about a guy who can actually hit and play a solid 3B too. Wish they would take JC guys instead of 23yr olds. Its like PR players, most JC guys are easy signs and can develop into something

Garrett is Top Arm based on projection but overall(Age/Level,Stats) u gotta go with Peters,Poteet,King. Now in August if Garrett is still throwing like this he moves up.

Havent heard anything except he was throwing in Ex ST games(Good Sign) but no point in rushing him. He will be on a pitch count all year. Kolek won't be anything until next year most likely. 22 in Jupiter still isnt bad. They are super cautious with guys coming off arm injuries

Signed: RHP Eric Alonzo (released by Angels, March 31) | SS Alvaro Montero
                            Released: LHP Raudel Lazo

I wonder what ML team Lazo will become the LOOGY on? Amazing 6 ML teams have gotten their LHR from us however we we can't find 1

Alonzo is our 5th guy from the LAA system-we are the worst system while LAA is the 2nd. Montero looks to be another cheap DSL signing
