Ya the Shrimp coming out of the bucket is pretty sweet

Still think we should go with Po Boys for NOLA-imagine the possiblities. A breaded jumbo shrimp on a french roll with remoulade sauce on the side as a logo on a hat HAHA or my favorite a jumbo shrimp dressed in overalls,straw hat and a pitch fork
