Didn't even notice that from Reed. Three straight 6 inning starts so showing some consistency. Likely not a starter but if he continues it he may earn another chance in the bullpen in the near future.

Speaking of Zephyr relievers, Ege seems to be getting back in form. Hasn't allowed a run in 5 of his last 6 appearances.

Good start from Brice. ERA now down to a ridiculous 2.02 in Jax. He basically has three bad appearances with literally 1 or less ER allowed in every other start. Has also gone 5 or 6 innings regardless of pitch count, so it seems they have a target so to not extend him this season. I think I'm ok with calling Brice our best prospect now and a potential guy in the rotation by September 2017.

Brian Anderson has 5 walks his last 3 games. Even in a stretch where's he somewhat struggling to get hits he's finding a way to get on base.

Ellington now has 7 consecutive scoreless outings. 11 of his last 12 have been scoreless. Without an awful appearance in mid May his ERA would be 2.35.

I don't see why he doesn't deserve a shot in the major league bullpen soon, especially given his success in the majors last year.

Because he can't throw strikes. Even in may he has 11 Walks in 11 innings.

he had 18 walks in his first 15.2ip, 0 in his last 8. So, there's that at least.

              31k in 23.2ip, BAA of .128

Wasn't Naylor projected to be a fast mover? He should be in Jupiter already.

Speaking of him moving fast, 8 SBs this year, I didn't know he had that in him.

He hasn't faced a pitcher that isn't older than him in his professional career. Doesn't turn 19 for a couple more weeks. I think Greensboro is fine.

It's obviously early but I'm worried about him in the sense that low walk, low strike out, high power guys have a pretty high burn out rate.

Hopefully the patience comes, but I'd also personally be looking at him as a trade chip if they make a move.

Cody Poteet now a 2.60 ERA in 11 starts. Walks were a bit of an issue the last few starts so good to see just 1 walk.

Austin Dean hitting a bit of a cold patch. Average down 20 points in just over two weeks. Still putting up respectable numbers in AA. Projection still seems to be future utility outfielder/backup.

Destin Hood has been awful since his 1.000+ OPS April. Can't even hit the Mendoza line anymore.
