Even though Arroyo has been drafted, his path back to the United States remains complicated. The Marlins will need to help him procure a worker's visa in order for him to enter the country, an uncertain process that can sometimes take months. The Marlins could also have him play first in Mexico or in another foreign league if he is initially unable to re-enter the United States.
