Solano went 2-3 though last night, Hugg. He's bought himself another month.

Man, if Capps can come back and be the guy he was when we first called him up this season, that'd be a huge boost.

Didn't even notice Capps there. I thought he was finished for the year.

Among the recent Marlins minor-league transactions: C Chadd Krist was signed, late of the Cubs. He's in Jupiter. Also signed: NDFA P Nick Fuller, a lefty out of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. OF Victor Castro was released. Castro played in Greensboro and Batavia this season, hitting a combined .199 in 176 at-bats.

Chadd with 2 d's is the dumbest thing I've seen in a while

I'm guessing Nicolino, Williams, Urena, and Brice are on innings limits as they would seem rather obvious.

Shouldn't there be another bat? You'd imagine they want to test Realmuto, Romero, or Barnes versus those other guys... You'd hope anyways.

Lazo is going to get innings since he is just off injury. Wallach they probably wanna see if he can hit better pitching and if so then he can play at Jax next year. Nola and Bohn will be your AAA and AA SS next year and are the only 2 SS on the team. Reid Redman is like Brady from last year-guy who just started pitching/older and they probably wanna see if he is worth anything now

You can only have one guy in A-Ball attend. Wallach is that guy I guess. Not sure why they didn't send Barnes, Realmuto, ect.

And I wonder if that means that Desco will not be called up in September.
