I'm especially enjoying watching Bour dominate AAA just to see Hugg's reaction every time.

He was truly a great Rule V Draft find.

On another note it's good to see Romero healthy and playing again. He was on a tear before leaving, so it's nice to see him start where he left off.

Trevor Williams seems to be going deep into games recently. He might not be the best pitching prospect we've got, but he's shown himself to be pretty consistent.

As for someone worth watching, what about Kentrell Dewitt in GBoro. Still not a prospect but went from possibly release to worth watching this year.

Bour actually put up nice stats until last year and that was because he got hurt. Great find tho

I think Williams is still on a pitch count actually which is why he is going deeper now. Last year they only let him throw 3 innings a game

Ozuna's been shockingly good in CF this year, but Marisnick is ridiculous (6 drs in just 261 innings last season). Ozuna has a .728 OPS, it's not like he's locking the job down long-term yet.

I still like the idea of moving Stanton to 1B if Ozuna/Marisnick both pan out and we re-sign Stanton, if it's something he's open to. Not sure I like the odds of them both becoming above average offensive players though.

Is it weird that if that came to pass, I would rather Yelich to 1B, Ozuna to LF, and Marisnick to CF, if the bats all look like they will play?

Yelich doesn't have the power bat to be a positive contribution at 1B. Stanton moving to 1B some point down the line is an inevitably to limit injuries.

Even if a few of Marisnick/Yelich/Ozuna don't pan out as we hoped long term, Stanton will still be a 1st baseman in his late 20s with whatever team he's on. His bat is far too valuable to risk him running around the outfield and potentially getting some kind of leg injury.

Bour was in New Orleans starting lineup and then removed just before game time...

Where'd you hear that? Could be getting the call up to DH.

Bour being called up makes way too much sense for this FO.

They'll probably call up Skipworth or something just to slap us all in the face.

The best will be when we call him up and he goes 1 for his first 20 and I hate him.
