Every organization misses signings for various reasons. You're citing one case as evidence which is meaningless and this case still hasn't gotten out of low-A ball.

When I say look what we missed out on I mean a guy in the first 5 Rounds.

Most of the time these guys will be signed and we have had about 5 examples of guys that we didn't sign in the past 3 years

Also ill take .326 16 3B and 62 SB at any level

I don't see why BaseballAmerica has been so moderately high on Realmuto. He's a coverted catcher so his defense is outstanding, and he hasn't shown he could hit minor league pitching since A ball. I'm willing to let him work things out since he's still really young, but I'm not sure he has a real major league future. Also don't know why Conley is behind Descalfani. Conley's a lefty and a much better pitcher. I wouldn't be shocked if Conley's in the starting rotation by June.

Debatable. And almost no chance he'll be more valuable.

Realmuto was a 22 year old catcher in AA last year. Catchers develop much slower than every other position and are rarer too. He's a legitimate prospect still. He drops if he repeats his performance this year.

Well yeah, but Wittgren is going to be the best reliever of all-time so deal with it.

But honestly, I really like Wittgren as a guy who could be the closer for the Marlins in 2015 and succeed in the role. Obviously we got to see what happens with him, but I watched video of him at Purdue and some of his minors videos and he's really impressive. His numbers back up what I liked watching him pitch.

In a legitimate rankings Wittgren likely ranks between 10-15 at the highest because he's a college reliever who hasn't pitched above A+ ball, but I'm obviously extremely high on him. The top 6 guys I listed are guys that I think are most likely to be successful major leaguers, and I think Wittgren belongs in that list over guys like JT Realmuto and Jose Urena.
