Kane, a junior right-handed pitcher from Mill Creek, Wash., was picked by the Miami Marlins in the 38th round (1,132 overall) while Afenir, a senior shortstop from Murrieta, Calif., went in the 39th round (1,184th overall).

Kane has pitched in 77 career games as a Husky, third-most in school history. In 2013, he went 2-2 with a 4.91 ERA and five saves in 26 appearances. His best season was in 2012, when he posted a 7-2 record and a 2.19 earned run average.
