No Clue-Tons of guys seem to still be in Ext ST with some issue,what sucks is it finally looked like last year that they were gonna move guys thru instead of having 25 yr olds in Low A but NO. We are still going with guys who will never be anything in the system

They want him to get innings on his arm which is why he is starting,more than likely tho a bullpen arm if he ever makes it to Miami
