Interesting piece on Jesus Sanchez from a year ago. IF Jesus could show some plate discipline ... IF he could get his progidous contact airborne ... Well, it certainly appears that he's headed in the right direction. In 18 plate appearances he has outproduced Cooper's entire season thus far.

Hollandsworth mentioned it yesterday and I've noticed it as well. It looks like he's shortened up his swing compared to last year. He was just seemingly overpowered by fastballs in his time in the big leagues last year, looks like maybe he's made the adjustment.
