    I'm not sure about this, but did Fernandez have the biggest jump on this list? Going from 80 to 13 is impressive.

      Mason Williams went from 99 to 36. Some of the unranked guys probably jumped a similar margin.

      Still very impressive. Kevin Goldstein (who put this list together) said he was probably the most impressive pitcher at the Future's Game.

          Yea. Three super premium prospects, 4-5 good future average starter potential, and a half dozen good tools/power arm gambles. Plus Hand and Eovaldi both well under a year service time.

          Plus 4 picks first two rounds 2013.

            Baseball America ranked Jose Fernandez 8th a little while back. Not surprising to see him at 13.

            Yelich is ranked eerily close to where Logan Morrison used to reside in these rankings... >_>

                If his worst case scenario is a more athletic Logan Morrison, I'd take that.
