19th out of 30 teams and 5.7m spent compared to the average of 6.9 isn't amazing, but it's a lot better than being #29 from 2007-2011
We averaged 4.3m spent per year then when the average was 6.4m. So we increased spending by 33% while overall spending increased by 8%.
wasn't sure where to put this so it got it's own thread. Since an organization is built through the draft, it is promising (Although still leaves a bit to be desired, who wouldn't want to be towards the top?).
